Therefore, if when you receive your order you do not like it, you have 15 days from the reception of the order to change it;<br\/>Send an email to info@pelpe.es, putting in the SUBJECT, the word CHANGE + number of the order you made, you have it in the email that we send you confirming the order;<br\/><br\/>For example:<\/p>\n\n<p>Subject: CHANGE #1234<br\/>Email body: Put the belt you have ordered (model + size) and the belt you wish to receive in exchange (Model + size).<br\/><br\/>We will then email you a return label to print and stick on the packaging;<br\/><br\/>Afterwards, you will have to take the parcel to Correos and pay the ordinary postage, which is 2.4\u20ac;<br\/><br\/>Finally, you will have to send us to the same email (info@pelpe.es) a photo of the payment receipt of the return and once we receive the package and check that it is in perfect condition, we will send you the new belt that will arrive in 24\/72h.<br\/><br\/>IMPORTANT: Remember to send to our email the photo of the payment receipt of the return because without this we will not be able to process the exchange. And also remember that the returned item must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition.<br\/><br\/><strong>Returns<\/strong><br\/><br\/>PELPE wishes you maximum satisfaction with your chosen product.
